How can we help you?

Mediation and conflict coaching help people reach agreements, rebuild relationships, and find permanent solutions to their disputes. Mediation is a process where two or more people in dispute come together to explore solutions with the assistance of a third-party known as a mediator. Conflict coaching is a one-on-one process designed to empower individuals as they navigate difficult situations. CRCSTL mediators and conflict coaches are professionally trained. They live and work in our community, and they are here to help.
