Various City departments were also in attendance including the Mayor’s Office, the Parks Department, Streets Department, and STL City Police (SLMPD). We always look for new avenues to partner with our community and City services.

Empathy Matters
Empathy matters in leadership and to your team. Creating a workplace enriched with empathy encourages innovation, increases retention, raises inclusivity, and creates work/life balance.
But, in our post-COVID-19 world, it seems that empathy has become even more rare in our workplace. The Forbes article (see link) reiterates its critical importance and the personal cost when we find it lacking.
Is your office a place where your team finds empathetic leadership and colleagues? If it’s not the kind of workplace you really want, CRCSTL can help you create it.
