Conflict Resolution Center – St. Louis (“CRC - St. Louis”) remains committed to helping area residents and businesses during these challenging times.
For the well-being of our staff, volunteers, and community members, CRC - St. Louis will follow the CDC’s guidelines. to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
CRC - St. Louis is taking all precautions possible while continuing to provide services. We currently provide all mediation services virtually, using Zoom video conferencing software. Where individuals do not have access to a computer or the internet, clients may use a private booth at our office.
While staff are encouraged to work remotely, anyone on-site (including clients) is required to have their temperature taken at the front desk, wear a mask, keep at least 6 feet apart, and regularly wash their hands. Surfaces are regularly disinfected, and any materials used by a client are cleaned before and after each use.
